For years, my fitness practice has revolved around three simple things:
core, cardio, and yoga.
I didn’t build my body through extreme workouts or heavy equipment. I built it by listening to my body, protecting my joints, and staying consistent in a way that felt sustainable and nourishing.
Bodyweight movement allowed me to grow stronger without pain.
Cardio gave me energy and endurance.
