The goal is to walk 15-30 minutes a day and have at least a total of 26.2 miles (marathon) by the end of the month. This is meant to be fun, active, achievable, help build consistency, and boost confidence and motivation for women on a fitness journey. To keep things extra exciting, we host a monthly giveaway for participants who engage in the forum and hit their mileage goals. You will have a chance to win a curated "Post-Movement Wellness Kit"—featuring my favorite face masks, nutritious snacks, and refreshing wellness drinks
